Package Pricing

Given the nature of our business, almost every tiny or small home request will be a custom order. Everything from size, finish options, grid-tie, hybrid or complete off-grid systems, even wall assemblies are up for change from the original design and pricing.

We have made our pricing strategy as basic as possible, making the costing of changes and add-ons (and subtractions) straightforward for you, and also for us.

The prices shown for each tiny house on our site, unless stated otherwise, includes everything needed to be up and running when delivered and set up at a customer’s site including an electric 2-burner induction stovetop and 9.8 cubic foot energy efficient fridge / freezer. These prices are based on RV style hookups, in other words it is anticipated that the THOW will be hooked up to site services including electricity, pressurized potable water, and grey & black water services. We also provide completely independent and off-grid THOWs for an additional price, which is shown on most of our pricing grids.

Basic Package (all included)

  • high quality Energy Star Zone III rated Supervision PVC-Aluminum hybrid windows, insulated steel exterior door(s) or double-glazed patio door with security lock
  • Ideal® standing seam metal roofing

  • foot pedals to operate faucets (they save a ton of water and their convenience will grow on you)
    extensive custom pine cabinetry and storage wherever possible

Taxes & Delivery Charges

All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes, depending on who the purchaser is and the location. This will be determined on a project by project basis.

Delivery and setup is included in our price for most projects in Eastern, Southern and Northern Ontario to approximately North Bay. Extra delivery charges may be applicable for locations such as remote areas of Northern Ontario or locations requiring barge transport, border crossings, etc. Delivery charges are not included in our price for tiny homes wider than 8 1/2 feet as these require special permits for towing. We look after wide-load transporting but the cost will be determined on a project by project basis.
